1 Who are Isuru Aquarium and what can they offer to me, a customer?
We are an online and and on location aquatics retailer,specialized in Aquatic accessories, foods, livestock and dedicated to bringing great products to fish keepers at value prices. Importantly we promise to deliver excellent customer service and after sales support to all our customers.
2 Where are you located and can we visit your store?
Yes you can visit us. As we are located in Aluthgama anyone can visit our following pet shops on working hours.
01. No: 10A /2, Galle Rd, Kaluwamodara, Aluthgama, Sri Lanka.
02. No: 27/3, 1st lane, Aluthgama, Sri Lanka.

4Do you retail brand new items?
YES, we only retail brand new stock.
5How are you able to offer such low prices?
We purchase all of our stock direct from the manufacturers or authorized agent in large orders so we can bring the price down for our customers.
6Do you stock spare parts for older products?
We stock hundreds of spares for our products dating back over 10 years, the list is far too extensive to be published on a website so please contact us.
7I can’t find the item I am looking for, do you supply all Aquatics brands and products?
We supply most of the brands and products, even those not yet listed on our website. Please contact us for assistance.

Delivery

1What is the cost of shipping with-in Sri Lanka ?
Our shipping is weight based, we charge you what it costs us, and there are no hidden costs.
01. For the 1st Kilogram or less will cost Rs. 280
02. And additional each 1Kg will cost Rs.50
2How much time will it take to deliver?
Our normal delivery time is with in 24 hours, once payment is processed. We cannot be held responsible for delays by Delivery Company. Once posted delivery is out of our hands.
3Can I place an order by telephone?
Yes you can.
4My item has been damaged during transit - what should I do?
Please contact us either by telephone or email and we will take the necessary action to fully resolve your complaint. Please be aware that when damage to an item has occurred during transit we MUST be notified by telephone or email within 12 hours of you receiving the item.
5Can I ask for my item to be left in my doorstep without any authorized person for example?
No. Unfortunately not.
